Registration Options

 

 

 

Register On-Line:

• Click on Register here – you will be redirected to The Studio Director’s online registration portal where you can view schedules and sign up for classes.

 

• If you haven’t registered or taken classes at Tri-City Dance Centre before you will need to click on the register under the “New to Tri-City Dance Centre?”

 

• If your dancer was enrolled at Tri-City Dance Centre last year, then your information will be in our database.   Just enter your email and password.

  • ​​If you have forgotten your password try the “forgot your password” link.  Simply enter the email that Tri-City Dance Centre has on fill for your family and choose “forgot your password.”  Important:  Please do not re-register as this will duplicate your records and may result in additional charges.

  • ​A link will immediately be sent to your email address, enabling you to “reset” your password.  Please note:  This option will only work if we have your current email address on file.

  • ​If this does not work please contact Tri-City Dance Centre at 604-523-6868 or email tricitydance@telus.net to give us your email address and to set your password. 

 

Registration is fast and allows you to enroll in classes on-line, make payments and view your account.  Please read instructions carefully and fill in all required fields.

 

New Registrations

1.  Parent/Guardian Information

2.  Set email/password ~ You will be asked to select a username and password. This will give you access to your account now, and anytime in the future, so please make note of this information!

3.  Enter Student information

4. Search and enroll in classes - please read class information carefully to understand which class is best for your dancer!

5. You will then be required to accept the Student Waiver & Release of Liability

 

Returning Families

1. Please take this time to update your existing information on record if necessary.

2. Search and enroll in classes - please read class information carefully to understand which class is best for your dancer!

3. You will then be required to accept the Student Waiver & Release of Liability

4. To secure your registration, please drop in to the studio to make your payment and/or to set up a payment plan.  Fees required to secure registrations are for applicable registration fees, costume/competition and/or exam fees and tuition fees.

 

Important Notes About Online Registrations:​

• Registration opens for returning students on May 28 at 9am

• Registration opens for new students on June 1 at 9am

• The schedule is subject to change until classes begin.

• Classes may be cancelled due to low enrollment.

• Ensure students are enrolled in the proper classes based on age.  We calculate their eligibility based on their age on Dec 31st of this year.

• If you have registered on-line your child is only guaranteed that spot if you have accepted/signed the Waiver and classes are paid in full or you have arranged to set-up the pre-authorized payment plan prior to September 1st. 

• If a class is full, please add your dancer to the waitlist, as spots will open or be added.
