Tri-City Dance Centre

 Prices are shown for the yearly term which consists of approximately 32 classes between mid September - early June. Fees can be paid monthly by pre-authorized debit or in full by cash, debit, Visa or Mastercard. The first and last instalment is due September 1st and is non-refundable.

Tri-City Dance Centre Registration Fee

  Returning Student:                                       $30.00

  Returning Family (2 or more students):    $55.00

  New Student:                                                $40.00

  New Family (2 or more students):             $65.00

A non-refundable, non-transferable fee due at registration ~ Payable by cash, debit or credit. Above Fees shown include all applicable taxes.

Multiple Class Discount (per dancer)

Pay full price for (3) three classes and receive all additional classes at 25% off /month. Calculation of fees will be based on highest to lowest class duration.

Family Discount

First child pays full price, all other children receive 10% off classes. Immediate family members only. Family discounts are applied to the child’s dance fees/tuition only.  Discounts do not apply to dance fees of Industry or Conservatory dancers or siblings of Industry or Conservatory dancers.

 

Costumes (Fees due October 15/2024)

• All "Let's Dance" and "Academy Hip Hop" classes : $ 90.00/per class costume Fee

• Academy Classes: $100.00/per class costume Fee

• Performance, Industry, and Conservatory Program Classes: $120.00 deposit per costume

Class Photo Fee

$30.00 per class to a maximum of $120.00 (per dancer) for dancers in multiple classes. You will receive a digital download of the class and an individual photo.

Withdrawal

If for any reason a student chooses to discontinue classes before the end of the dance school term, it is understood and agreed that the parent/guardian will complete the  “Tri-City Dance Centre” withdrawal form one month prior to the last class. Fees are payable until proper notice is received by the office. Last month installment fees are forfeited upon withdrawal. Failure to attend class does not constitute withdrawal and dance fees/tuition fees will be charged until written notice is received by the studio office.

No fees refunded after April 1, 2025.

Payment Options

Tri-City Dance Centre accepts, cash, Visa, MasterCard and debit.

All monthly dance/tuition fees require a signed pre-authorized bank withdrawal form to be completed with a VOID cheque. Monthly Credit card payments ARE NOT accepted for dance fees/tuition.

We will accept all above forms of payment for dance fees when paid in full. Credit card payments made online or in person after August 31, 2024 will incur a 3% convenience fee.

Payment Policies

An NSF fee of $25 will be applied to all accounts with insufficient funds or declined payment. A late fee of 10% (up to $25.00) on outstanding dance fees/tuition that is not paid by the 15th of the month will be applied to the family’s account.
